  4. Return will be processed only if:

    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

  5. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Firstrateshopper.com. shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

  6. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  7. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  8. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 30 days from the delivery of the product.

Returns Policy Briefly – Change the concept

Returns are a scheme provided by Firstrateshopper.com. directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the Firstrateshopper.com. to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Part II – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product-The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged ProductThe product (headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingProduct’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Part III – General Rules for a successful Return

  1. In certain cases where Firstrateshopper.com is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

  3. For products where installation is provided by Firstrateshopper.com’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Firstrateshopper.com authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

  4. For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 



There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
– Book with obvious signs of use

 
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Firsrateshopper.com and send your item to: UGF 13 Pramukh Swami Arcade Malaviya Chowk , 360001 Rajkot GJ, India.

 Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over ₹5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
